Juicy turkey cutlets are the start of your meal along with the hasselback potatoes.  Turkey dinner for Thanksgiving is simpler than ever before with several quick side dishes and several easy desserts that can be made ahead of time.  

And let’s not forget the fool proof fall cocktail that is not made on the griddle but is a must have!  Family Thanksgiving Dinner is very traditional at my house.  We like to get together for great food and lots of family conversation.

How to Make a Blackstone Thanksgiving Turkey Dinner

Make the apple cider slush cocktail, naan bread dough, and easy dessert recipes the day before Thanksgiving or first thing in the morning.  

On the morning of Thanksgiving slice the carrots and dice the butternut squash.  Set aside, along with the butter and brown sugar.  

Peel and mandolin slice the carrots.

Prepare the hasselback potatoes and wrap in the foil.  Slice the turkey breast and gather all the ingredients to make your turkey cutlets.  

Make the cheddar biscuits dough, cover, and refrigerate until ready to make.  Get the naan bread ready to toss on the flat-top.  

When you are ready to cook your Thanksgiving feast, preheat the Blackstone griddle to the desired temperature.  Place the hasselback potatoes on the backside of the griddle.  Cook according to the recipe.  

Bake the naan bread and set aside.  Multitask by cooking the turkey cutlets, grilled butternut squash or brown sugar butternut squash, glazed carrots, and cheddar biscuits all while rotating the potatoes when needed.  

Make sure to take a couple sips of your apple cider slush cocktail with spice rum while creating your Thanksgiving dinner.

Turkey Dinner Sides

Glazed carrots, roasted butternut squash, hasselback potatoes, naan bread, and cheddar biscuits all make great turkey dinner sides.  Add or take away the sides that work best for your family.
