How to Make Peach Cobbler
Preheat your Blackstone Griddle to the lowest setting. Gather your ingredients to make your old-fashioned peach cobbler.
Peel and dice your peaches. Place the diced peaches into the large ramekin. This was baked in an 8 ounce sized ramekin.
Make sure to only fill about ½ way with fruit. Top the peaches with sugar, flour, and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon. Gently, stir to combine all ingredients.
Carefully, top the peach mixture with the cake batter. Do not fill past the inner rim of the ramekin, otherwise the cake batter will run all over the place.
Place a piece of parchment paper down on the griddle. This helps to prevent the griddle from smoking and giving your dessert a funky smoke flavor.
On a hot Blackstone griddle, place the ramekins and cover with a dome lid. This creates your oven effect to bake the peach cobbler.
Bake for 30 minutes and test for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the top cake part only. If the toothpick comes out clean, then the peach cobbler with cake mix is done.
If the toothpick comes out wet with batter, then cook longer. When the toothpick comes out clean, remove from the griddle.
Eat the peach cobbler piping hot or let cool for later.
Cake Mix Peach Cobbler – FAQ

Yes, but you will have a different tasting cobbler. Using canned fruit will bring different challenges to thicken properly.
If using already thicken canned fruit will create a gummy texture peach cobbler. Also not cooking the cobbler properly will cause the fruit to not combine correctly with the cake mix. Pulling the cobbler off the griddle before it is fully baked will also cause it to be gummy in the middle.
Yes, any sized pan will work when making griddle peach cobbler. Just adjust the measurements and cooking time accordingly until the cobbler is done.
