Homemade Naan Pizza Crust Recipe
I have perfected this homemade Blackstone naan pizza crust recipe, just for you!!! Get my homemade crust recipe for Blackstone pizza dough.
Homemade flatbread dough is the best!! When made correctly, this dough recipe has airy bubbles when stretched and pressed out with your fingers.
For a thin and crispy crust, use a rolling pin to roll out the dough. If you don’t want to make homemade pizza dough, then you can use a store bought pre-baked naan bread crust.
Other great options are packaged pizza dough kits or tube refrigerated pizza crust dough.

How to Make Naan Breakfast Pizza in a Blackstone Pizza Oven
Learning how to make breakfast pizza is very easy to do. Gather all the ingredients to make the flatbread breakfast pizza.
Fry the desired meat and scrambled eggs. This step can be done ahead of time and kept warm or cool in the refrigerator until ready to use.
I like to add a little bit of heavy cream or milk to the scrambled eggs before cooking.
Preheat the Blackstone pizza oven on medium-to-medium high heat with the temperature gauge reading at least 500°F.
Preheating the pizza oven will take about 10-15 minutes. I recommend cooking the pizza directly on the hot pizza oven stone.
If using a pizza pan, you will not get as crispy of a pizza crust. Using the desired amount of naan dough, press out the crust.
A 4-ounce piece of dough will make about a 6- or 7-inch pizza. Flour your hands or rolling pin well to prevent sticking to the pizza dough.
Make the pizza on top of the pizza peel or a board that you can pick up and slide onto the pizza peel. #1 Tip: Use corn meal under the flatbread dough to prevent sticking and to help getting it in and out of the oven.
Flour will burn and cause an unpleasant taste. To get the crust to the desired size, use the tips of your floured fingers to press the dough from the center outward.
For crust with air bubbles, use your fingertips. Use a rolling pin for a thinner crust with little air bubbles.
Adding the Breakfast Pizza Toppings
Next, add the toppings. Sprinkle a thin layer of shredded cheese on top of the dough.
Spoon a layer of scrambled egg and a sprinkling of your favorite diced breakfast meat such as bacon, sausage, or ham.
Top with more shredded cheese. If desired, add any seasonings that you would like such as salt and pepper.
How to Cook the Blackstone Pizza Oven Breakfast Pizza
Once the outdoor pizza oven temperature gauge (on the front of the pizza oven) is between 500°F and 600°F, cook the pizza. Use the pizza peel to slide the freshly made homemade breakfast pizza in the middle of the pizza oven.
Place the oven door back on, if desired. Every 2 minutes, check the homemade pizza.
Rotate the pizza, using the pizza peel, on the pizza stone to cook evenly. Flatbread pizza cooking times will vary for every pizza oven.
Smaller pizzas will cook in about 4 to 6 minutes. A large pizza will bake in less than 10 minutes.
When the breakfast pizza has a crisp golden-brown bottom crust and the cheese is lightly browned and melted, remove from the pizza oven. Double check to make sure the center of the homemade pizza is fully cooked.
Place the Blackstone breakfast pizza on a cutting board to cut into pieces. Serve the flatbread breakfast pizza hot.

Blackstone Naan Breakfast Pizza – FAQ
I like shredded Colby Jack cheese. It’s possible for a person to choose any cheese that you want. Some people love using mozzarella. Others choose to mix a variety of different cheeses including shredded mozzarella cheese, parmesan, provolone, cheddar, and fontina.
The big difference between a breakfast pizza and a regular flatbread pizza is the pizza sauce and the type of cheese that is used. Regular flatbread pizzas have pizza sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese. Breakfast pizza is made with breakfast foods such as scrambled eggs and breakfast meats like bacon or sausage. A regular pizza is made with a sauce (pizza or Alfredo), layers of cheese, and an assortment of your favorite toppings such as pepperoni, chicken pieces, diced vegetables, pineapple, etc.
