Chicken on Blackstone
When cooking chicken on the Blackstone it is best to keep the pieces thin and small. Quick cooking will help keep the chicken nice and tender.

Chicken must come to an internal temperature of 165° Fahrenheit at the thickest part. Try not to go much over this temperature because this is where you will start to dry out the chicken.
