How to Make Sriracha Aioli
Gather all your ingredients to make the sriracha mayo recipe. Add the mayo, sriracha, and lime juice to a medium bowl and stir to combine.
If desired, season to taste with salt and pepper. Are you sensitive to spice? Only add 1 tablespoon of sriracha to the recipe, stir and taste. Add more if needed.
Aioli Add-ins
- Minced garlic (one clove will do, make sure it is fresh finely grated garlic)
- Seasoning of your choice – salt, pepper, Lawry’s, or seasoned pepper
- For some sweetness: a dash of sugar, honey, or maple syrup
- Add more sriracha if you want a little more kick!
- Substitute lemon juice instead of lime juice
- Garlic powder
How to Store Sriracha Aioli
Store leftover aioli sriracha in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. I do not recommend freezing this aioli recipe as it will not hold up in the thawing out process.
