White Chocolate Easy Fudge Recipe – FAQ

What Kind of White Chocolate Chips Can I Use?

The best chocolate to use is the white chocolate wafers.  White chocolate chips are discouraged because they have a protective coating on them so that they will not melt very well and hold their shape while baking.

How Do You Keep Fudge Creamy?

A couple things can go wrong while making this easy fudge recipe.  If your cream cheese is too cold when you add the melted chocolate, you will get clumps of chocolate pieces throughout your finished fudge.  Another thing that you want to make sure is that your white chocolate is completely melted, and you do not have lumps in your chocolate.  Keep the finished fudge creamy by making sure it is always cold.

How Do You Make White Chocolate Fudge Firm?

Room temperature or warm fudge will become soft.  Always keep this white chocolate cream cheese fudge cold.  Freezing this fudge recipe will firm it up also.
