How to Make Chocolate Fudge
Gather all ingredients to make the chocolate fudge.
Line a 9×13 baking pan with foil and spray it with a light coating of cooking oil. In a 6-quart saucepan combine the sugar, marshmallow crème, milk, butter, Kahlúa, and salt.
Stir to help dissolve the sugar. Bring to a full boil and cook for 10 minutes. Make sure to stir the fudge mixture constantly.
After boiling for 10 minutes, remove from the heat and add all the chocolate. Stir all together until the chocolate is melted and the fudge is silky smooth.
The final step is to add the vanilla and stir to completely combine.
Pour into the prepared greased pan. Refrigerate the fudge until it is completely set.

Yes, split the recipe in half. Use an 8×8 foil covered pan to pour the cook Kahlúa fudge into. Spray the pan with cooking oil.

- Sugar, Granulated 2 2/3 cups
- Marshmallow Creme 14 oz
- Evaporated Milk 12 oz (1 1/3 cups)
- Butter 1/2 cup
- Kahlua 1/2 cup
- Salt 1/2 teaspoon
- Semi-sweet Chocolate 4 cups
- Milk Chocolate 2 cups
- Vanilla 2 teaspoon
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients to make the Kahlua fudge.
- Line a 9x13 baking pan with foil and spray it with a light coating of cooking oil.
- In a 6-quart saucepan combine the sugar, marshmallow crème, milk, butter, Kahlúa, and salt. Stir to help dissolve the sugar.
- Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes after it has come to a full boil.
- Stir the fudge mixture constantly.

- If adding nut, do it now and stir to combine.
