How to Make Velveeta Queso Blanco Dip

Cut your Velveeta cheese into small cheese cubes. The Velveeta cheese will melt much easier if cut into small chunks.

Slow Cooker or Crockpot- Queso Blanco Dip

Place the diced white Velveeta Queso Blanco cheese and the can of diced tomatoes and green chilies into the slow cooker or crockpot.  Turn on medium heat and let the cheese start to melt.

With a silicone spatula, stir to combine all the dip ingredients until you get a smooth and creamy texture. Make sure to periodically scrape the sides of the cooker to prevent burning.

The time it takes to melt the cheese will vary depending on the slow cooker or crockpot. Once all the cheese is melted turn to the warming or the lowest temperature setting possible and make sure to stir every so often to stop the scorching.

Blackstone Griddle – White Queso Recipe

Preheat the Blackstone Flat Top Griddle on medium heat.  Put all the ingredients of the pretzel dip recipe into a medium sized metal bowl or an all-metal saucepan that is safe to place on the hot griddle.

Set on to the preheated flat top griddle.  With a silicone spatula, gently stir occasionally the white cheese dip every couple of minutes to combine.

Once the queso dip is smooth and creamy, pour into your favorite serving dish and surround with hot soft pretzel bites.  Serve immediately while everything is still nice and hot.

Microwave – White Dip Recipe

Place all your ingredients into a medium glass Pyrex bowl making sure you have enough room to stir the melting dip.  Microwave for 1 minute and then stir the mixture to combine.

Continue to microwave in 30 second intervals until the cheese is completely melted and the queso dip is smooth and creamy.  Make sure to stir between intervals to prevent the cheese from burning.

Pour your Queso Blanco Dip into a serving dish or just serve from the glass bowl.

Stove Top – Queso Dip

In a medium saucepan over medium heat add all your ingredients.  Stir constantly to prevent burning.  Heat up until all the cheese is melted.

Once the dip is smooth and creamy, remove from the stove and pour into a serving dish.  Pair with your favorite sides and serve the dip hot.

How to Store Queso Blanco Dip with Velveeta

I like to make extra cheese dip so that we have leftovers for later.  Store leftover dip in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 6 days.

Reheat in a medium microwave safe bowl in the microwave using 30 second intervals or use a pan on the stove.  Serve warm.

Soft Pretzels with Cheese Dip

Cheese dip served with piping hot soft pretzels are the best!  Learning how to make cheese dip for soft pretzels is super easy!

Making your own soft pretzels are the hardest part if that is what you choose to do.  If you are adventurous, make your own soft pretzels.
