I have been making this slow cooker spaghetti recipe for many years.  I love, love, love my West Bend Slow Cooker.

Every two year, my husband buys me a new West Bend Slow Cooker because I use it so often.  My advice to working families is to get one of these slow cookers and learn how to cook in it!

I make Chop Suey, Beef Barley Soup, Creamy Swiss Steak, Tender Pork and Gravy, Venison Stew, Pot Roast, and Pulled Pork in my slow cooker.   Then I discovered the Instant Pot.

I bought one for myself last year with my Christmas money and had to see what all the rave was about.  Instant Pot spaghetti and meat sauce done with the slow cooker method was one of the first recipes I tried.

So if you have this new appliance, I would recommend making my Instant Pot spaghetti sauce recipe for your family and friends.

Slow Cooker Spaghetti Sauce – FAQ

Why is my sauce watery in the slow cooker?

When cooking the spaghetti sauce in the slow cooker, the moisture is trapped causing a watery sauce. To achieve a thicker sauce, crack the lid to let the excess water escape.
