Main Ingredients
- Ground Meat (pork, turkey, beef, or chicken)
- White Onion, diced
- Olive Oil
- Tri-Color Coleslaw Mix with Carrots
- Eggs
Sauce Ingredients
- Soy Sauce (low sodium)
- Olive Oil
- Sesame Oil
- Honey
- Garlic Paste
- Ginger Paste
- Sriracha
How to Make Egg Roll in a Bowl
Preheat the Griddle: Heat your Blackstone Griddle to medium heat for about 10 minutes, or set the electric Blackstone Griddle to 400°F.
Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, olive oil, sesame oil, honey, garlic paste, ginger paste, and sriracha. Mix well and set aside.
Cook the Meat and Onion: Add ground meat to the hot griddle. Cook while stirring and breaking up the meat. Add diced onions and cook until softened.
Add the Coleslaw Mix: Spread the coleslaw mix over the cooked meat mixture. Pour half of the sauce over the top, cover with a lid, and let cook until the vegetables are tender.
Scramble the Eggs: Create a hole in the center of the griddle mixture. Crack the eggs into the space, pop the yolks, and let them cook for a couple minutes. Scramble until softly set.
Combine and Finish: Mix the eggs into the vegetables and meat. Drizzle more sauce over the top and sauté everything together until heated through and well combined. Taste test and add more sauce, salt, or pepper as needed.
Serve Hot: Remove from the griddle and serve immediately.

- Garlic Paste 3 tablespoons
- Ginger Paste 2 tablespoons
- Sriracha 1 1/2 teaspoons
Instructions
