Blackstone Products has recently introduced an E-Series line of griddles. They are electric griddles in the 17-inch and 22-inch sizes and currently only available at select locations. The E-Series is meant for indoor/outdoor use and has a non-stick cooking surface.
The propane gas line of griddles comes in all four sizes and is what has made Blackstone Products what they are today! All the propane griddles are meant for outdoor use only.
Gas flat-top griddles need to be seasoned and taken care of properly whereas the electric griddles have a non-stick easy flat-top griddle surface. Gas griddles have a better sear and flavor on your food, but the electric griddles are much easier to clean after cooking. Each line of griddles comes with their own pros and cons so make sure you figure out what works best for you and your family needs.
