What Kind of Smoker Can I Use?

My favorite is a Rec Teq pellet smoker!!  Any kind of smoker grill will work when making this artichoke spinach dip.

Use a Traeger Smoker, Big Green Egg Smoker, a Brinkmann Smoker, a Masterbuilt Smoker, Weber Smoker, Pit Boss Smoker, and Camp Chef Smoker to name a few.

Each smoker is different and will require wood chips, or wood pellets to create the smokey flavor.  Both the pellets and wood chips come in different flavors such as apple, cherry, hickory, maple, etc.

Smoker Temperature for Warm Dip Recipe

When making this warm spinach dip recipe, the smoker can be adjusted to a lower or higher temperature.  Using a lower grill temperature will give the smoked cream cheese dip more of a chance to soak up the smokey flavor.

Using a higher grill temperature will melt the three cheeses quicker but will have less of the smokey taste.
