Ingredients

  • Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • Marshmallow fluff
  • Graham Cracker Sticks

How to Make S’mores Dip

Gather Ingredients:  Collect the essentials – chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, marshmallow fluff, and graham cracker sticks.

Heat the Griddle and the Cast Iron Pan:  Pre-heat the griddle to medium heat. Place the small cast iron pan directly on the griddle so that it can also pre-heat.

Melt the Chocolate:  Add the chocolate chips to the hot cast iron pan.  Use a spatula and stir the melting chocolate often.  Make sure not to burn the chocolate!

Add Ingredients:  Once the chocolate is completely melted, add the sweetened condensed milk, and stir to combine.  Next, stir in the marshmallow fluff until all ingredients are mixed together.

Remove from the Griddle:  Using a hot pad, carefully remove from the griddle and place on a cutting board or hot pad.

Dig in:  Grab the graham cracker sticks and dive into the gooey smores dip.

What to Serve with Smores Dip

Enhance your s’mores dip experience by pairing it with delightful accompaniments.  Here are some tasty suggestions:

  • Graham Crackers
  • Cookies – Butter, Sugar, etc.
  • Fresh Fruit – Strawberries, Bananas, and Apple Wedges
  • Pretzels

How to Store Leftover Dip

If there happens to be any leftover dip (a rare occurrence!), scrape out of the cast iron pan and place into an airtight container.  Store in the refrigerator for up to 6 days.  Reheat in the microwave using 30 second intervals, making sure to stir in-between intervals.

Oven Recipe

Don’t have a Blackstone Griddle? That’s okay! Make this dip recipe in the oven using the steps above. Melt the chocolate, add the sweetened condensed milk, and the marshmallow fluff. Stir together and serve hot with the graham sticks.

  1. My son had some friends over and even though it is very cold out, they wanted to make smores.
I had seen this on pinterest so I suggested this as an alternative so they didn’t have to go down to the bottom of the garden (through the snow!) to the firepit.
    They loved it!
    Thank you

  2. My kids really wanted s’mores, but it’s just too darn cold outside right now. I was looking for an inside option and am so glad I found this dip recipe. Just as good, and my hair and clothes don’t smell like smoke fro the campfire. 🙂

  3. This was honestly a dream come true. Having s’mores at home without having to deal with the campfire and the oozing marshmallow sandwiches that never quite line up right?? Sign me up anyday! I’m going to try the oven version next.
